Life is so filled with each other
How sad many close themselves
Away from themselves and you and me
What terrible fears, to build such walls
Was it always this way?
Or was there a time of trust?
Today life rushes by so quickly.
Do this .... Do that ..... Race your life away
Was the past truly a simpler time?
Will the future race even faster?
If things are so important?
Why is their accumulation so hollow?
What could be more important
Than to share a word, a touch
The feelings of another and yourself!
So much is lost along the way....
The growing up of a child
Is something you can't go back to
Once the child is grown
That special time is lost forever
The newness of young love...
A love with trust and wonderment
So rarely mellowed into caring
Break down those walls!!!
Golden is the joining of two spirits
For this is the way to fulfill life's purpose....
