Help Me

What are those marks David?"
(Help me)
"I said what are those marks"
(Help me)
"Where did the bruises come from?"
(Help me)
"They look like fingers"
(Help me)
"Large fingers, adult fingers"
(Help me)
"Is that a burn? Oh my god!"
(Help me)
"David is that a cigarette burn?"
(Help me)
"These cuts on your back"
(Help me)
"They're all too uniform, so fresh"
(Help me)
"How are things at home?"
(Help me)
"You know, with your parents?"
(Help me)
"Do you need to talk to someone?"
(Help me)
"Is it too painful to say?"
(Help me)
"I can arrange council for you"
(Help me)
"Just say the word"
(Help me)
"There are tears in your eyes"
(Help me)
"We can help you David"
(Help me)
"We want to help you David"
(Help me)
"What do you say?"
(Help me)
"David! I said what do you say?"
"I'm fine, its nothing."
(Help me, please somebody help me)
