A beautiful bundle of energy
She beams with her mother's beauty
And has all the energy of her father
She loves life and creates smiles 
Where ever she goes
She has no fear and will try anything
She knows only love and security
And as she runs from here to there
She never misses any of the new world
Where she finds herself
For the world is all an adventure to her
When you are with her you see the old
And find new beauty where you had forgotten
That the world is full of surprises
So trusting is she and bubbling over with life
With a quick mind and a desire to learn 
She sometimes gets in trouble
But no one can stay mad with her smile of gold
Some day she will move back to Sudan
But she with find love and joy where ever she  goes
I will be my heart that has the hole
And feel the emptiness she leaves
But all I will have to do is look at her pictures
And recapture this special bundle of love
And thank God she blessed my life
